oustanding features so it merits special attention. Although the CSE Web site
is still being built and content still to be added, it has many unique features
that make it the place of the future, a place to visit regulary. It comprises
of two parts as follows, and worth individual explaination.
CSE - Chain Stamp Exchange - the CHAINS
It can be simply explained as a list of persons and a packet of stamps that
travel from one collector to the next. Upon receipt you exchange your stamps,
pack into a new envelope and post onto next listed person. That is it - A chain!
Very cheap!! The cost of postage, a new envelope and you can exchange unwanted
stamps!! You will need to become a member of Face Book and then Chain Stamp
Exchange, but that is Free anyway.

CSE - Central Stamp Exchange - the STAMPS
On this central web site you can advertise to buy, sell and exchange stamps.
There is a very low charge, but even that can be free when you become a paid
member. Only paid members get to see the best part of this site, a members only
page. You can buy, sell and exchange also, BUT at trade prices!!!
A TIP, make a few cheaper purchases, and your savings easily can repay any
membership costs. You then have many more months to save more money buying your
stamps cheaper and to also advertise your exchanges and sell unwanted items with
your 'then' free adverts.
This was our best tip. Who knows what will happen when the World finds this
